AXSionics Integration Kit V1.01
Integration Kit to apply the AXSionics Passport System to Lotus Notes Databases is available. The Integration Kit guides Lotus Notes operators and integrators through the implementation process of the AXSionics Passport System into Lotus Notes Databases. The Integration Kit consists of the following items:
- Integration of AXSionics WebServices Client into the Lotus Notes Database application
- Implementation of WSDL Description into the Lotus Notes Database
- Handling of WebService Parameters
- Display Flickering (encrypted optical channel) for secure transmission of Login information to the AXSionics Internet Passport
Supported Versions and Implementations
Is the entire set of AXSionics WebService calls supported?
- yes (as of AXSionics Security Manager version V2.01)
Are standard Notes Clients supported?
- yes
Do you need to change the certificate based User Administration in Lotus Notes?
- no, this integration kit offers a separate authentication process
Does this integration kit include web-based access to the Domino Server?
- no, not yet.
Which versions of Notes/Domino are supported?
- Version 8.0 and higher
Are lower versions of Notes/Domino supported?
- no, Versions 6 and 7 are currently not supported. Native support is not available, but depending on development effort possible.
- Versions 5 and below might not be supportable
Which types of Flickerings are supported?
- Flash, installation of flash clients might be necessary
- Java
Is the Domino Cluster supported?
- yes
